Richard Carreon has cowardly declined the challenge in the Hexagon
We are continuing to build the notoriety of the Real MMA brand as the premier amateur mixed martial arts venue in the fight capital of the world – Las Vegas – and are always on the look-out for worthy attractions to our events.
I’ve personally been in touch with Mr. Carreon concerning the challenge issued by Mr. Sanson to compete in an exhibition bout in the Hexagon at a future Real MMA event.
Mr. Carreon, respectfully, has declined the invitation.
Should future, willing, competitors wish to enhance their personal or business images or notoriety, we are happy to consider exhibition bouts. Thank you for your interest and consideration.

Statement from Kevin L. Child Clark County School Board Trustee District D
I would address the allegations and news stories as follows:
I have read the articles in the local papers and have seen the news reports concerning my restricted access to the schools I was elected to represent. At no time have I engaged in any inappropriate conduct or made “gestures” toward school administrators, teachers or students during my visits to schools in my district. The allegations are difficult to address as I have not been provided copies of any of the alleged complaints. I do state, unequivocally, that I have never threatened anyone with physical violence as alleged by Mr. Augspurger.
I hadn’t heard of any complaints about visiting schools until I questioned the fashion in which AB394 was being implemented. Now, Mr. Vellardita, Mr. Augspurger and apparently Superintendent Skorkowski have taken public action against me in an attempt to discredit me in the view of the people who lawfully elected me to serve as a Trustee to CCSD.
I tried to speak with CCSD’S General Counsel, Carlos Mcdade, but was informed he couldn’t speak with me due to some unnamed conflict of interest. I look forward to continue serving the district in my capacity as a CCSD Trustee and addressing these unfounded, secret, undisclosed complaints as soon as they are provided. I have asked for copies of these complaints but I have been told they cannot be released. I am exploring my legal options and remedies. My number one priority is to serve the district I represent and those students who attend school in that district.
