VETERANS IN POLITICS INTERNATIONAL URGES CLARK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS:
REPLACE VETERAN WITH A VETERAN

War VETERAN & Assemblyman Wesley Duncan will resign his seat in the Assembly following his re-election less than a month ago.

The Clark County Commission will appoint Duncan’s replacement. The rules say the appointee must live in District 37 and be a registered Republican. (VIPI) Veterans In Politics International urges the Clark County Commission to add another requirement to this appointee: “VETERAN”.

The VA scandal, homelessness, employment transition, healthcare, and education are some of the ongoing challenges veterans face here in Nevada every day. VIPI feel it’s a moral imperative for the 339,000 Veterans who call Nevada their home that the Clark County Commission replace a veteran with a veteran.”

Steve Sanson, VIPI president stated, “Veterans In Politics International and the others who have endorsed Wesley Duncan have a right to see the experience and priority Wesley Duncan has dedicated to veterans continue. Anything less would be a slap in the face to those of us in the Veteran community who have worked so hard to get Veterans like Wesley Duncan elected.”

Veterans In Politics International urges the Clark County Commission to replace this Veteran with a Veteran, otherwise the promise of ‘supporting veterans in Nevada’ made by all politicians will be broken.
