John G. Watkins is suspected of CUI (Campaigning Under the Influence)
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (June 12, 2014) – – – Richard Scotti, a Nevada ‘Super Lawyer’ and the number one Candidate for Judge in Department 2 of the Eighth Judicial District Court, recently filed a formal complaint with the State of Nevada Commission on Judicial Ethics against John G. Watkins. According to the complaint Watkins willfully published false and misleading statements about Scotti in a desperate attempt to deceive voters about who the best Candidate is for Judge in Department 2 of the Eighth Judicial District Court. More than 33,000 voters selected Scotti above Watkins and other Candidates because of Scotti’s 25+ years of legal experience including but not limited to being a member of the Board of Governors of the State of Nevada, a Settlement Judge for the Nevada Supreme Court and an Administrator Law Judge and Prosecutor for the Nevada State Contractors Board. Once upon a time long ago Watkins served the country by serving in the US military and now Watkins has defected by serving DUI offenders and punishing their victims and the families of victims more by getting DUI offenders off without much punishment by using loopholes in the law. Even the Las Vegas Sun newspaper did not approve of Watkins ‘Making mockery of DUI law’ so much that it published a tell-all editorial about Watkins’ lack of ethics and morals. According to the 2014 Nevada Primary Election results voters do not want a sell-out attorney as a Judge and convincingly prefer Richard Scotti above Watkins and everyone else.
