Veterans In Politics welcomes all members and supporters to join us in the most recognized Parade in Las Vegas Nevada. All Veterans, First Responders, Elected Officials, Candidates, and even Family Court Litigants are welcome to join us as we hold our heads high in support of the men and women who sacrificed all and who served our country in military uniform.
Please join us on Saturday November 11th at 9:30am in Downtown Las Vegas and please wear your Veterans In Politics t-shirts! If you don’t have a t-shirt, we will provide you with one. We will also have vehicles in the parade for members and supporters who are unable to march.

Plaza Hotel & Casino holding special veterans awards ceremony on Veterans Day Discounts, free Scintas tickets and special slot tournament for veterans on Nov. 11
LAS VEGAS – Grateful for the service of our nation’s dedicated veterans, the Plaza Hotel & Casino is partnering with Veterans in Politics International for a special awards ceremony to honor several local veterans and Las Vegas military personnel on Saturday, Nov. 11 at 2 p.m. The downtown property will also offer numerous specials to say thank you to veterans and active military personnel all day long.
Celebrating our brave service members, the awards ceremony will recognize 4 United States Marine Corps veterans and 3 current members of the Nevada Army National Guard. Awards will be presented by Clark County Commission Steve Sisolak under the iconic Plaza dome immediately following the Las Vegas Veterans Day parade.
On Nov. 11, the Plaza is offering several Veterans Day discounts and specials to retired and active service members, including:
- A complimentary pair of tickets to see the Scintas perform on Saturday, Nov. 11 at 7:30 p.m. A Las Vegas favorite for decades, the Scintas entertain guests with their signature comedy, musical prowess, and knack for spot-on impressions during their critically acclaimed show in the classic Plaza showroom. The complimentary tickets will be available at the box office.
- Free entry to a special slot tournament with a grand prize package of an authentic bomber jacket, a complimentary two night stay at the Plaza, and $200 to Oscar’s steakhouse.
