Clark County District Court Judge Stefany Miley’s courtroom Deputy Marshal (DM) Jason Dean was suspended for 30 Days without pay for violating several Eight Judicial Court District Court Cannon Rules. According to several sources DM Dean constantly strongarm, intimidate and use excessive force on litigants that appear in Judge Miley’s courtroom. It appears that Judge Miley has lost control of her courtroom.
