Clark County Family Court Judge Sandra Pomrenze said that according to the law, she needs a reason to close the hearing and excluding the courtroom observers

A MUST SEE COURTROOM VIDEO:

In a 360 degree turn-around Clark County Family Court Judge Sandra Pomrenze DENIED the Plaintiff to have a “Closed Hearing” in an effort to oust courtroom observers.

Judge Pomrenze said she doesn’t have a sealed case and the law says that she needs a reason to closed the hearing and excluding the courtroom observers.

Judge Pomrenze also added that it might be uncomfortable to have observers in the courtroom, but it’s a public courtroom and the public should have access to the courtroom.

This is the same Judge months ago on an unrelated case asked the litigants if they wanted to close the hearing the second courtroom observers walked into the courtroom; this is against the law. Also weeks ago this same Judge Arbitrarily locked her courtroom door and closed the hearing without any of the litigants requesting this to happen; again this is against the law.

However, we applaud Clark County Family Court Judge Sandra Pomrenze for finally following the State Law on closed hearings.

In the matter of the hearing in this video the plaintiff (mother) had one of her minor children died in mom’s care. The mother has been charged with the neglect and death of her minor child, the mother has been convicted of domestic violence and abuse, the mother has been diagnosed with mental health, but yet the mother has the remaining two minor children her custody.

GO FIGURE!
