Two Navy Veterans Ripped from us in 24 hours
Our community has lost a great man. I have lost a great friend and brother that I had the pleasure of knowing for the past 18 years. My friend Johnny Spicer is someone I can always rely on at any time without hesitation. Johnny has always been there when I needed him, no matter the situation. Johnny passed away from medical complications and a broken heart. The loss of his daughter 2 years ago was very heavy on his heart, more than I knew about. Johnny never complains and always went out of his way to accommodate people. My heart is now in turmoil, knowing Johnny was close by always gave me comfort. That comfort is now taken away from me. There was so many things I would have liked to say and that opportunity has been dissolved. I am sure God has other plans for my friend. Johnny is a friend and brother and he truly will be missed. I love you Johnny Spicer. God Speed, until we meet again.
Billy Stojack Chairman of the Veterans Day Parade passed away Thursday November 9th. I have known Billy for 11 years, he has instrumentally put the Veterans Day Parade in Southern Nevada on the map. Billy is a Navy Veteran and former Clark County Fire Fighter. Let’s honor Billy by making this parade spectacular. My God bless his sole. Below is the last interview of William “Billy” Stojack.
