Dear brothers, family
I never thought it would be so hard to write a letter to my family. I tried so many times in the last few days but I couldn’t find the words and always ended up in tears. It’s very hard to ask for help, especially for me. I would be very happy dealing with my own problems like I have till now without bothering anyone. This is way out of my comfort zone and I realize that Hashem put me here for a reason (yet to be determined).
First I want to thank you all for having reached out to me. Please don’t be afraid to talk to me, I need you now emotionally more than you realize and all of you are so special that every single word you tell me registers even if I don’t show it on the spot. I feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family that gives me so much strength like anything is possible.
It’s taken me a little time to absorb everything so I’m sorry if I wasn’t reachable in the last few days. I’m not afraid of the surgery, I know that it will be ok. Right now, my main concern is finding a donor.
It’s an urgent situation and as a mom to Noah and Nathan are fighting for them so I can stay healthy to be there as they grow up. I’m asking you all to help me spread the word that’s all. Please don’t feel any more pressure. I would need someone with an o positive blood type. If you know someone who is interested, or if you can send out an email to everyone you know, you never know who might come forward and who can be a good match. Being my blood type is not enough. I am registered With Renewal which is an amazing Jewish organization who has helped so many people find donors. Their info is at the bottom of this text.
No one should contact me directly regarding this. But we can still talk 🙂
They have all the information and whoever calls can ask any questions and even leave it at that. They do not tell me anything unless it is all confirmed. So it’s completely anonymous. I will start spreading the word on my end too and God willing everything will be ok.
