All of you that are a family court litigant, know someone that is or you have been affected in some way by the Family Court System.
This problem began years ago and I am not a family court litigant, but like all things I do; I placed others before myself.
I have made enemies out of friends, placed my reputation and my organizations reputation on the line, been dragged into several family court cases, ridiculed in the mainstream newspaper, have over a $200,000 legal bill, involved in three Supreme Court cases that I am named a party, my entire list of officers were also named a party in two supreme court cases, received harassing text messages, a Facebook page designed to slander me, my 9 year old daughter and 2 year old granddaughter received death threats, involved with several local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, a judged used his bench to ridicule and defame myself and my organization, I used many hours of my personal time, gas and money in an effort to help change the system.
These are some of the consequences I have received just because I have helped families that are unjustly harmed in the family court system.
I want others that have been harmed to step up to the plate and help me change the system with your money, your time, your loyalty and your determination.
I don’t want words; I want clear and precise ACTION!
These family court litigants are more concerned about their own case, they will not invest their own money in fighting the system that would benefit everyone and have the nerve to stab me in the back by slandering and defaming me.
Not all family court litigants are this way.
But in my opinion none of them should be!
I am helping you, now help me to help you!
So the question that I have to answer is; “Should I continue to fight for people that turn their backs on me and won’t even fight for themselves?”
