We never saw McDonald spin out of control or even raised his voice. The system failed him the system made him what he is today. Zero contact and not seen your children for over two years would make anyone spin out of control. McDonald has not harmed anyone. All he wants to do is see his children! Can you blame him?! Senior District Judge Kathy Hardcastle should have recused herself!

The courts were extremely harsh on this judge. There are many different disciplinary tactics used to control the behavior of a judge. This is an overreach!
