NATALIE THOMAS EXPOSED: PROFANITY, POLITICAL INFIGHTING, AND SERIOUS QUESTIONS ABOUT LEADERSHIP IN THE CLARK COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY
A Clark County Republican Party official who publicly questioned the patriotism and morality of fellow Republicans now faces scrutiny over her own words, judgment, and leadership.
The Clark County Republican Party (CCRP) has experienced years of internal divisions, leadership disputes, and disagreements over the direction of the Republican Party in Nevada.
One individual whose public conduct deserves closer examination is Natalie Thomas, identified as Operations Director of the Clark County Republican Party.
Thomas has publicly portrayed herself as a proud conservative who values patriotism, courage, and morality.
However, a Facebook post attributed to Thomas, dated November 27, 2022, reveals a remarkably hostile attitude toward numerous Nevada Republicans.
The post raises serious questions about her professionalism, temperament, political judgment, and ability to work with fellow Republicans.
There are also separate, unverified allegations concerning a reported encounter involving Thomas and Clark County Republican Party Vice Chairman Devin Livziey in Bullhead City, Arizona.
Together, these matters invite a broader discussion about accountability, personal conduct, and the standards expected of Republican Party officials.
1. NATALIE THOMAS PUBLICLY ATTACKED DOZENS OF REPUBLICANS
In a Facebook post dated November 27, 2022, Thomas declared:
“I’m a PROUD conservative. I was on the front and center of grassroots movements when it mattered most.”
She continued by demanding that people demonstrate courage, morality, and a willingness to confront those she believed were harming the country.
Thomas then published an extensive list of individuals whom she apparently considered unacceptable representatives of conservative principles.
Among the individuals identified in the screenshots were:
-
Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo
-
Congressman Mark Amodei
-
Former U.S. Senator Dean Heller
-
Former North Las Vegas Mayor John Lee
-
Drew Johnson
-
George Harris
-
Steve Sanson, President of Veterans In Politics International
-
Former Assemblyman Richard McArthur
-
Former Assemblywoman April Becker
-
Assemblyman Greg Hafen
-
Former Assemblyman Tom Roberts
These individuals have different political backgrounds, experiences, and records of public service.
Nevertheless, Thomas appeared willing to condemn them collectively.
Who appointed Natalie Thomas the authority to determine which Republicans qualify as true patriots?
Political disagreements are inevitable. However, publicly insulting fellow Republicans and questioning their patriotism raises legitimate concerns about political judgment and professionalism.
2. HER MESSAGE TO FELLOW REPUBLICANS: “GET PROPERLY FUCKED”
Perhaps the most disturbing portion of Thomas’s Facebook post appeared near its conclusion.
After naming numerous individuals, she wrote:
“Get properly fucked. Because YOU are not a TRUE Patriot.”
She then declared that the time for weakness had passed and urged people to reclaim the country.
These statements were reproduced in the screenshots supplied to Veterans In Politics International.
Imagine being a Republican candidate, elected official, donor, volunteer, or community leader and discovering that someone associated with the Clark County Republican Party publicly directed this language toward fellow Republicans.
What message does that send?
Does this reflect the professionalism expected of a political party official?
How does publicly attacking fellow Republicans help recruit candidates, attract donors, build coalitions, or win elections?
Republican unity cannot flourish when political disagreements become personal attacks and public declarations that fellow Republicans are not genuine patriots.
3. THOMAS WAS IDENTIFIED IN A CONTROVERSY INVOLVING REPUBLICAN LEGISLATORS
Thomas’s involvement in Republican Party disputes predates her November 2022 Facebook post.
A December 17, 2021, Las Vegas Review-Journal report identified Natalie Thomas of Henderson as a complainant in allegations concerning fundraising activities involving Republican state legislators.
The controversy occurred during a period of significant conflict between competing factions within the Clark County Republican Party.
The allegations were disputed. The available information does not establish wrongdoing by the legislators, and filing a complaint is not itself evidence of misconduct.
Nevertheless, Thomas’s reported involvement in the dispute, combined with her later public attacks on fellow Republicans, raises questions about her approach to political disagreements.
Does she seek constructive solutions?
Does she encourage cooperation among Republicans?
Or does her confrontational rhetoric make an already divided political organization more difficult to unite?
These are fair questions for anyone involved in Republican Party leadership.
4. QUESTIONS ABOUT NATALIE THOMAS’S TEMPERAMENT AND PROFESSIONALISM
The Clark County Republican Party exists to organize Republican voters, recruit qualified candidates, support campaigns, and elect Republicans to public office.
Achieving these objectives requires cooperation, discipline, professionalism, and mutual respect.
Thomas’s public statements raise several concerns.
Professionalism: Is directing profanity toward fellow Republicans appropriate behavior for someone serving in party leadership?
Temperament: Can someone who publicly questions the patriotism of numerous Republicans effectively work with those same individuals?
Political judgment: How does publicly attacking Republican candidates and elected officials advance the party’s electoral objectives?
Accountability: Has Thomas publicly explained her statements or reconsidered her treatment of the people she named?
Leadership: What standards does the Clark County Republican Party expect its appointed officials to uphold?
These questions concern public conduct and are appropriate subjects for political scrutiny.
5. THE BULLHEAD CITY ALLEGATION INVOLVING NATALIE THOMAS AND DEVIN LIVZIEY
Additional allegations have emerged concerning a reported encounter involving Natalie Thomas and Devin Livziey, identified as Vice Chairman of the Clark County Republican Party.
According to an account provided to Veterans In Politics International, Thomas and Livziey were reportedly spotted holding hands in Bullhead City, Arizona.
The account describes their interaction as appearing romantic.
The same account alleges that Thomas’s husband is battling cancer while caring for their four children at home.
These are serious allegations, but they have not been independently verified. Holding hands does not establish an extramarital relationship, and the reported medical and family circumstances remain unconfirmed.
No conclusion about an inappropriate relationship can responsibly be drawn from this account alone.
Thomas and Livziey should have an opportunity to respond to the reported encounter before any allegations about their personal relationship are presented as established facts.
The legitimate public-interest question is whether party officials consistently uphold the professional and ethical standards they publicly advocate.
6. WHAT DOES THE CLARK COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY EXPECT FROM ITS OFFICIALS?
According to the Clark County Republican Party’s March 2026 bylaws, the Operations Director is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the Vice Chairman.
This organizational structure raises questions about oversight and accountability.
What standards of public conduct are expected of appointed party officials?
Does CCRP leadership consider Thomas’s November 2022 statements acceptable?
Does the organization encourage its officials to distinguish political disagreements from personal hostility?
Are appointed officials expected to promote cooperation among Republicans, even when they disagree with particular candidates or elected officials?
And what steps, if any, has CCRP leadership taken to address concerns about public communications by its officials?
The Clark County Republican Party should be willing to explain the standards it expects its leadership to uphold.
Accountability should apply consistently, regardless of an individual’s political relationships or position within the organization.
7. VETERANS IN POLITICS INTERNATIONAL BELIEVES IN PEOPLE OVER POLITICS
Veterans In Politics International has consistently emphasized evaluating candidates based on their qualifications, knowledge, temperament, experience, work ethic, and commitment to public service.
We do not believe that disagreeing with another Republican automatically makes someone disloyal or unpatriotic.
We believe political leaders should be judged by their conduct, qualifications, and willingness to serve the public.
Thomas’s Facebook post included Steve Sanson, President of Veterans In Politics International, among the individuals she criticized.
Sanson’s position is straightforward:
No political activist, party official, or organization has exclusive authority to determine who is a patriot simply because someone disagrees with them.
Military veterans have served and sacrificed to defend constitutional freedoms, including freedom of speech and the right to disagree with political leaders.
Those freedoms should be respected.
Patriotism is not measured by unquestioning loyalty to an individual, political faction, or party official.
8. NATALIE THOMAS SHOULD ANSWER FOR HER OWN PUBLIC STATEMENTS
The central issue is not whether Natalie Thomas has the constitutional right to express controversial political opinions.
She does.
The issue is whether her public statements demonstrate the judgment, professionalism, and temperament expected of someone serving in a Republican Party leadership position.
Thomas demanded courage and morality from others.
She publicly challenged the patriotism of numerous individuals.
She used profanity to condemn people whose political positions or actions apparently failed to satisfy her standards.
Now she should be prepared to explain those statements.
Does she stand by her November 2022 Facebook post?
Does she still believe the individuals she named are not true patriots?
Would she use the same language today while representing the Clark County Republican Party?
Does CCRP leadership believe such conduct reflects the organization’s values?
And should individuals who publicly demand accountability from others be equally willing to accept scrutiny of their own public behavior?
These questions deserve answers.
9. REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP REQUIRES MORE THAN LOUD RHETORIC
The Nevada Republican Party faces significant political challenges.
Winning elections requires recruiting qualified candidates, organizing volunteers, raising money, communicating with voters, and building coalitions.
It also requires recognizing that Republicans will not agree on every candidate, policy, endorsement, or political strategy.
A political organization cannot effectively expand its influence if disagreements routinely turn into personal hostility.
Strong leadership is demonstrated through sound judgment, consistent principles, respectful communication, and measurable results.
Profanity does not establish courage.
Personal insults do not establish patriotism.
And publicly condemning fellow Republicans does not automatically make someone a better conservative.
Leadership requires more than demanding accountability from others. It requires demonstrating accountability through one’s own actions.
CONCLUSION: NEVADA REPUBLICANS DESERVE ACCOUNTABILITY, PROFESSIONALISM, AND RESPECT
Natalie Thomas’s November 2022 Facebook post provides substantial grounds to question her political judgment and temperament.
Her statements were aggressive, confrontational, and personally insulting toward numerous individuals associated with Nevada Republican politics.
She has every right to defend her words.
However, the individuals she publicly attacked have an equal right to question whether those statements reflect the standards expected of someone involved in Republican Party leadership.
The separate Bullhead City allegations remain unverified and should not be confused with the documented controversy surrounding her public statements.
The Clark County Republican Party should not dismiss legitimate concerns about the conduct of its officials merely because those concerns are politically uncomfortable.
Republicans deserve leadership that promotes cooperation, accountability, professionalism, and results.
They deserve individuals who understand that disagreement is not betrayal, criticism is not disloyalty, and patriotism cannot be determined by one person’s political preferences.
The question for Natalie Thomas is simple: If you demand courage, morality, and accountability from everyone else, are you willing to accept those same standards when your own conduct is questioned?
Nevada Republicans deserve leadership built on integrity and results, not profanity, personal hostility, and political division.
