What Judicial Seats Are Up in Nevada in 2026 — What Voters Should Know

Clark County Nevada

September 22, 2025

As the 2026 elections approach, Nevadans will have the opportunity to “keep or toss” judges — from the Nevada Supreme Court to Clark County District Court, Justice Courts, and Municipal Courts. This election cycle is one of the largest judicial ballots in recent years and will determine the future of Nevada’s judiciary for decades to come.

Veterans In Politics believes it’s essential that voters know exactly which seats are up, who currently holds them, and whether they deserve another term. We are not leaving this decision to chance — we are vetting judges, investigating their records, and making courtroom behavior transparent for the public.

How Veterans In Politics Is Getting Involved

We’re not just reporting — we’re taking action:

  • Court Observing – We attend hearings and trials to see judges in action.

  • Video Coverage – We record and share courtroom footage so the public sees what really happens.

  • Talk Shows – We invite judges onto the Veterans In Politics Talk Show for open conversations.
👉 Watch here: Veterans In Politics YouTube Channel

We are conducting independent background checks and vetting candidates to challenge bad judges. Our mission: to educate voters so you know exactly who deserves to stay and who should be removed.

Reminder to judges: If you lose your seat in an election, you cannot become a senior judge.
