War Declared On the Clark County Family Court System
Nevada’s Secret Court’s
Judges need to stop legislating from the bench. If they want to be a Legislature, be a candidate for Nevada State Assembly or State Senate. Get off the Bench or enforce the laws as they are written!
Veterans In Politics International filed written complaints with the Clark County Family Court regarding the following issues:
- It’s Unconstitutional to order any litigant to take a drug test in a Civil Procedure and Family Court is a Civil Procedure. You have a right to protect yourself against Self Incrimination.
- If a Case is Closed or Sealed anyone that is not a party currently before the court has to vacate the courtroom. That includes attorneys, social workers, litigants, supporters etc.
- A Hearing Master does not have the authority to grant an arrest of any litigant. Bench warrants can only be signed by a court appointed or elected JUDGE!
- Judges who failed to comply with both Federal and State Laws regarding a military veterans Service Connected Disability Benefits.
YES. The opposite of these allegations have been plaguing our Family Court System for years without being challenged or educated on the matter.
MOM filed a Motion of Contempt against the Clark County Family Court
This week, one of our Clark County Family Court Litigants Tonya Simpson filed a “Motion of Contempt” against Clark County Family Court for failure to seal her records ordered by Clark County District Court Judge James Crockett case number J-12-326189-P1.
The Clark County District Attorney’s Office, Las Vegas Justice Court, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and even the Federal Bureau of Investigations has complied.
But it clearly seems that the Clark County Family Court thinks they are above the law and will make every excuse to preserve that!
It’s amazing how Family Court could seal cases ex-parte but can’t abide by a court order directing them to do the same.
Must Judges in Family Court forget to swear in pro-se-litigants. These are litigants that represent themselves without council.
If you are not sworn in none of your testimony is credible and your case will be tossed out on appeal.
