War of Words Rock the Sangalaza matter in family court department F
War of words rocks the Sangalaza matter today on a conference call. Emotionally upset mom has not seen her infant child for over one month. The dad changed his address without notifying mom nor the courts. Both dad and his attorney failed to appear in court. Dad took the infant child out of state without notifying the mom nor the courts. Dad was ordered to return the infant child to mom no later than today, on the emotionally charged phone call dad’s attorney said the infant child won’t be returned for another 3 days not until Friday. Mom said dad ran away from the child when he was born never paid anything for the child and now he wants to violate court orders. Mom called Judge Gentile a racist and a liar. That she constantly appeased dad, because he is represented by an attorney. Mom is upset that the Judge is constantly changing the court order for dad’s attorney and she has had enough.
