Veterans In Politics video internet talk-show interviewed Swadeep Nigam who is a candidate for University Regent District 3. Nigam a Nevada resident for the past 35 years hails from a family of educators who are college professors with multiple degrees in education.
Nigam who holds the following advanced degrees including a Master in Applied Economics, an MBA in Finance, and a Bachelor in Accounting with Honors. Nigam currently is employed with Paul Padda Law in charge of business development.
Nigam stated; “Higher education is the gateway for community prosperity”.
Nigam is a firm believer in audits with his financial background he would help run an efficient and smooth accounting for every dollar collected for higher education.
University Regent Board members oversee the University of Nevada Las Vegas, University of Nevada Reno, College of Southern Nevada, Desert Research Institute, Great Basin College, Truckee Meadows Community College, and Western Nevada College.
It is extremely important to educate yourself on candidates running for office. It is important to vote for a University Regent who has college degrees and holds higher education with the utmost importance.
