Veterans In Politics video internet talk show interviewed Chuck Muth President of Citizen Outreach.
Muth joined the Republican Central Committee in the 90s and became the Chairman of the party.
Muth took a job with the American Conservative Union in Washington DC.
Muth said that in politics your best friend will stab you in your back.
Muth became President of Citizens Outreach in 2003 and returned to Nevada.
Muth has been training conservative candidates since 2003.
Muth said we have great candidates but lousy campaigns.
Muth said candidates have to sell themselves to voters, donors, volunteers, and the media.
Muth said it’s not a political campaign it’s a marketing campaign.
Muth said that there is more incompetence in the field of Political Consultants than TV Psychiatrie.

Muth said that he only deals with fiscal conservative candidates.
Muth is proud of his win with Dennis Hof who was a brothel owner and won his election when he passed away.
Muth said the best candidate is someone who has sales experience.
The host asked what do candidates need to do before running for office?
Muth said the candidates need to go to Optical Republican Vote Strength (ORVS) to see if it make sense for a candidate to run for a seat in a district. The numbers have to make sense.
Muth said to do a background check on yourself and seal your background or get in front of it and do opposition research on your opponents.
The host said he can not understand when candidates run for congressional seats that don’t live in the district they are running for ask for your vote, but they can not vote for themselves.
The host said he can not stand Carpetbaggers they are seat shopping, they are opportunist, that is not vested in that district.
Muth said don’t pick a fight with someone who buys ink by the barrel, meaning if you have access to the media and have a following that person needs to “SHUT UP!”
The host said that he can not understand when candidates get upset when we report what people say especially when there is a video of the statement. The candidate needs to be upset with themselves.
