Historical Collaboration: Four Veteran Organizations Unite for Joint Endorsements in Nevada!

Las Vegas, NV – February 24, 2204 – Nevada has made history with a groundbreaking collaboration among four distinguished veteran and veteran service organizations, uniting to collectively endorse political candidates seeking election in the State. Veterans In Politics International (VIPI), Armed Forces Chamber PAC, Nevada Veterans Association, and Nevada Democratic Veterans And Military Families Caucus have joined forces, marking a significant milestone in veteran-led political engagement.

 

The joint endorsement process unfolded on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 0845 to 1530 at Monzu’ Italian Oven + Bar, at 6020 W. Flamingo Rd., Unit 10, Las Vegas, NV 89103. The event was open to the general public, allowing community members to witness the democratic process.

 

Additionally, the interviews were streamed live on Facebook, allowing a broader audience to engage with the proceedings.

 

Suzan Baucum, former Justice of the Peace, Las Vegas Township, Department 13, was the event moderator. A diverse array of political candidates actively participated in the interview process, demonstrating their dedication to public service. The individuals who emerged from this rigorous evaluation process received unanimous endorsements from the collaborating organizations.

Steve Sanson, President of Veterans In Politics International, highlighted the significance of this collaboration, stating, “This collaboration with all the veterans groups that have the power to endorse should be a wake-up call. We are saying who we would like to represent us in one voice.”

 

Patsy Brown, JD., President of Armed Forces Chamber PAC, commented on the historic collaboration, stating, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. The event reminded us of our collective duty to advocate for justice and ensure it reaches every corner of society.”
