Patrick Boylan recently elected to the Nevada State Board of Regent District 5 after listening to his impeccable background, Boylan stated on record that he would help form legislation to amend the qualifications for Regent. Boylan, indicating that anyone that is a candidate for Nevada’s Higher Education, should have higher education by earning some type of college degree. Boylan indicated the tuition prices need to decrease, but as of right now he is not on board with making cuts to the budget.
