Veterans In Politics video internet talk show interviewed Miriam Gibson host of the Village Voice aired on 88.1 KCEP.

Gibson said that she has no confidence in the Democratic party, she explained that she is tired of lip service.

Gibson explained that many people choose a political party because they instill fear in Americans that’s why she is now non-partisan.

Gibson said that many black conservatives are scared to vote Republican because of backlash from the Democratic party.

Gibson said that she is gearing towards bringing on more conservative candidates running for office on her talk show program that is on a very liberal station.

Gibson is tired of uneducated voters idiotically voting for a person because they are registered to a political party even if the person is unqualified for the position.

Gibson said that people need to stop being sheep and register for a political party because of family and friends affiliations in that party.

The host explained that the Democratic Party formed the Klu Klux Klan (KKK) to stop black Americans from voting and running for office. This is not the case today, but this is the history of the Democratic party and people refuse to acknowledge history.

In addition, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) was started by a caucasian woman in the Republican Party.

We are noway saying join the Republican Party we are only suggesting that we as Americans need to know our history and be independent thinkers instead of being sheep and following the flock.

However, the Republican Party has done an unsatisfactory job convincing Black Americans to join their camp.

The two major political parties are Democrats and Republicans the Independent American Party and Libertarian Party don’t have the financial support and grassroots machine to win elections.

Both major parties have great substance to offer the American Public but we as Americans should know the history of each political party and then make an educated decision as to what party fits our personal needs.

Our United States Constitution should be upheld by all political parties.
